We’re back!! In case you haven’t noticed we’ve been a little slow at getting back to our calls and emails this week. On June 18th-23rd our office team took a short retreat out to Yosemite National Park in Madera California. Shortly after we arrived we realized there was no internet and/or cellular service. (Can you tell we’re from the city?)
So as you’ve probably guessed a lot of our phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. We do apologize for this and we’re not purposely avoiding you!!
Have no fear though we’re back in Chicago and working around they clock to get caught up. 
As you’re reading this, we’re on the airplane replying to several unanswered emails. We expect to be back on schedule with our emails and phone messages no later than Monday morning.

Wow, as I look over the blog I’ve realized it’s been quite some time since I’ve run an update. As many of you know, the summer wedding season is in full effect and we’re feeling the busy effects of it. This is why you don’t see too many updates here on the Chicago Party DJ site. We have however been updating the Chicago Wedding DJ blog almost daily! So be sure to swing on over there to see what’s been shaking here at Operation Getdown.

So we managed to forgot the video camera for this awesome event, but we did manage to snap a few quick shots of our DJ float for the Mokena Fourth of July Parade.
This was our first year at the Mokena 4th of July parade and it exceeded all of our expectations. A great event and tons of people! You can bet we’ll be back again next year. Thanks again to the entire town of Mokena for putting on such a wonderful event!
